Grounding for Optimal Health

Have you ever wondered why you feel so relaxed and calm when walking barefoot on the beach or going camping in the wilderness? It’s because of grounding.

One theory explaining our experience of anxiety, insomnia, and various chronic health issues today is that we’ve become disconnected from the natural frequencies present in nature. Throughout human history, we spent a significant amount of time in nature, often walking barefoot, which allowed us to connect with the Earth’s natural frequencies, known as the Schumann Resonance. This resonance, with a very low vibration at approximately 7.83 Hz, is believed to be generated by the thousands of lightning strikes occurring on Earth every second.

When we connect with this low-level vibration, our bodies can undergo profound calming effects, reduce inflammation, and support our immune system. Unfortunately, our modern lives expose us to artificial frequencies that disrupt our natural biorhythms. For example, most of our homes have electrical and heating systems operating at around 60 Hz. Moreover, we are surrounded by a multitude of other unnatural frequencies from sources like cell phone towers, routers, and cell phones. Much like a tuning fork, our bodies synchronize with these higher frequencies, potentially leading to chronic, low-grade inflammation, agitation, and anxiety.

However, we can still experience the healing effects of the Earth by simply walking barefoot or spending time in nature each day. Of course, for many people, walking around barefoot outside is not practical or feasible in our modern world.
