Blocked regulation can wreak havoc on your health, and very few people understand how.
The Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) is responsible for responding to everyday stressors like infections, toxins, pain, and structural imbalances. However, if the ANS loses its ability to REGULATE these responses, it cannot effectively address these threats or maintain a balance between the Parasympathetic Nervous System and the Sympathetic Nervous System. This loss of balance is known as “Blocked Regulation,” and it poses a significant risk as it hinders the body’s ability to adequately respond to various stressors. It often means the body remains stuck in a fight-or-flight mode, preventing it from entering a sustained healing state. This results in chronically elevated levels of CORTISOL, indicating a prolonged stress response. If this state persists, individuals become trapped in a chronic fight-or-flight mode, leading to fatigue and eventually chronic illness.
Regrettably, due to modern-day stressors and the increasing presence of toxins in the environment, many people suffering from chronic illnesses may unknowingly find themselves in a state of Blocked Regulation.
The objective is to identify the factors causing this blockage in the ANS and remove them, allowing it to function correctly. When the appropriate balancing techniques are employed, the outcome is a properly functioning Autonomic Nervous System. This harmony in the body’s different systems leads to increased vitality, reduced pain, improved sleep, and an overall sense of well-being.
The Autonomic Response Technique can be utilized to determine the stressors affecting the body and develop a plan to gradually remove them, helping the body regain balance over time.
